A8: DRAFT HORSE WITH HARNESS A heavy horse with feathered feet modelled in 1:87 (3.5mm to 1ft HO) scale. Stands around 17 hands (68in). This model can alse serve as a rather smaller draft horse in 1:76 (4 mm to 1ft OO, EM, P4) scale standing around 15 hands (60in). DART CASTINGS equine figures are cast in white metal from hand sculpted originals. The figure in the illustration has been painted with grey primer for clarity. While originally conceived for use with model railways, the breadth of the range and the realism of each character make them ideal for use in many other applications including photographic projects, dioramas, architectural, military and automotive models.
