L125: SR CAST CONCRETE 'SHORT' PLATFORM BRACKETS (12)

Pack of 12.
A product of the Southern Railway's pre-cast concrete factory at Exmouth Junction. Originally manufactured in the 1930s in their thousands, a large number can still be found today.

When assembling SR concrete platforms you will need to use card or plasticard to make the floor and rear slabs. The separation on a typical real station platform is normally 4ft plus some room for grout each side although this can vary from location to location.

The space between the pre-cast supports was usually infilled with a concrete panel or with brick. Grafitti is an optional, if sometime colourful, addition.
