S112: GWR T20 CENTRE BRAKE THIRD Diagram T20 4 compartment Brake Third. LA9N profile (Lewis System). 28 ft 6 3/4 in Body, 19 ft 0 in wheelbase Designed to be used with the Ratio 610 or 612 short chassis. As with the S105, S106 and S107 this kit is not strictly prototypical; dimensions and (roof) profile have been altered to suit the Ratio donor kit. However, it is an attractive vehicle and modellers might be happy to accept the discrepancies, especially if the correct profile Shire S114M single arc ends are used to correct the height and roof profile. Optionally, cast springs and axleboxes (MJT 2258), sprung buffers (MJT 2335S) and gas lamp tops (MJT 2945) are also available. Note: if converting a Ratio kit, the gas lamp tops will have to be replaced as the existing ones are moulded into the roof in the wrong places for this vehicle.
